Pauper Legality is now on Gatherer as of July 9, 2019 . Given that you currently show legality for the other formats on Gatherer, I'm guessing it would be an easy change to add Pauper to "Format" and "Format Legality Details" using the same code you do for the other formats.

Can you add Pauper?

I don't see that as an option when I select format. I would love to see both oathbreaker and pauper as a format option

+1 for Oathbreaker.

Oathbreaker already exists - however it's currently not possible to add the Oathbreaker Commander or Signature Spell in the view.
