I seem to be having a little trouble finding out how to enter the grade of the card or if it is a foil or not.

Can you guys point me in the right direction? thanks.

So when you're entering the card into your inventory, you would click on the emblem on the far right which lets you designate whether it is foil or not. It's a little rainbow colored circle.
