    As an update just realized that Necropotence itself is also restricted in Vintage as well. Although a fun deck to have not legal in any tournament format.

    I like the idea of the deck here, only one problem I see... Demonic Consultation is restricted in Vintage... Otherwise I think it is a pretty strong deck and would love to give it a go sometime.
