sideboard in Duress against decks with annoying counters and removal, then Read the Bones if there's a need for more cards to keep things going. Add burn and pump to deal with problematic creatures.

Things to side out will vary depending on what's not working, but Mage-Ring Bully and the black one drops may not always be effective.

Another sideboard alternative here might be to use Tormenting Voice for card draw.
