Notes
 
For the Liliana's Contract win-condition (four differently-named Demon creatures), the rule for what "name" a Token card has is that it has the name of its subtype(s) if the effect that creates it doesn't name it specifically.

Boris Devilboon creates Demon tokens named "Minor Demon", Skirsdag High Priest and Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath create "Demon" tokens. Conspiracy and Inner Demon both help make other things into Demons too, for the win-condition.
