kind of on the fence about propaganda, izzet signet, psychic venom & impulse...

propaganda seems good because you have to pay the 2 as you declare attacks so tangle wire and port really mess with that.

izzet signet is good for getting mana production without playing lands to the ankh, and its a good tap target for tangle wire.

psychic venom works good with port and tangle wire too

and i was thinking accumulated knowledge instead of impulse but i like rifling thru the deck with impulse if you really need an ankh or a tide.

      i really liked the psychic venoms in combination with all the mana denial like ports, tanglewire, and boomerang/hoodwinking their lands. i guess it kinda sucks to target a venomed land with tide tho...


      it'd be fun to have a bunch of counterspells in the sideboard and rotate them in and out as a surprise
