    Heya!

Deck looks pretty decent at a quick look, but it'll depend on what environment/who you're playing with -- could be a little too slow to survive in some cases, and you might want a little more consistency; you're a little split between "creatures that are good when my opponent mills things" and "ways to make my opponent mill things", but you don't have a ton of card draw or selection. If you draw one half or the other, it will feel kind of clunky and can be a hard strategy to balance.

Other than that, make sure you have a few good generic answers to the 8-12 things they might be able to do early before you can mill them to death: the Agoraphobias are good, but you might want something like [[[mtg]Set Adrift]] to deal with non-creatures (bounce it, mill it away).

    Other random thoughts:
    * The [[Jace's Mindseeker]] is only good if you're already winning, IMO, and it's tough to cast at 6 mana with only 22 lands; it might be better as a [[[mtg]Hedron Crab]], which is a big favorite in this archetype, since he speedbumps and also mills stuff away. [[[mtg]Psychic Spiral]] or another big pay-off Mill card might be good, too. Stuff like [[[mtg]Isochron Scepter]] can also be funny / situationally really strong, depending on what you put under it.

    * If you find yourself struggling to close the game, you could look at cutting a few of the slower mill cards (Curse, Vessel) to run some card draw like [[[mtg]Visions of Beyond]] and a few bigger mill hits: more Traumatizes, or [[[mtg]Archive Trap]] if your play group has fetch-lands or search effects.

This is a nearly-competitive list in Modern lately, but it costs a lot more in paper with the black splash, even for a more "budget" version (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-magic-94-20-tix-modern-ub-mill). It's a good article to skim through to read about the potential lines of play and card selection thoughts, but your list looks pretty solid.
