Cards that I would consider redundant:
Whisperwood Elemental - Wrath proofing is usually overrated. Arguments to keep it are probably based on the relative power of the card, not synergies.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion - Soldiers aren't humans.
Isochron Scepter - You've built the deck arount it quite well, and you got a lot of nasty combos with it, but in my experience, the card plays like a win-more card. It's only really good when you already had it good.
In general, you have a lot of single mode destroy Enchantment/Artifact effects. Do you play exclusively against Karn? :P
Also gone from the build: Crop Rotation. That card was going to seriously crack some heads in this deck. Bonus points for comboing with the Knight of the Reliquary/Titania package.

  -Whisperwood Elemental is there for the card and board advantage without having to cast spells. The synergy is that unmorphing isn't casting. "wrath proofing" is more important in this deck than others, because I need to protect transformed werewolves. The average power level of my face-up creatures is very low, especially for EDH. It's more important here than elsewhere.
  -Elspeth is primarily a 1-sided boardwipe. I have only 7 creatures it kills. 1 of them is the aforementioned "wrath proof" whisperwood elemental. and 2 of them give all my creatures +2/+2, so they work excellently with the +1 ability. For the remainder, I hopefully have Full Moon's Rise, Valorous Stance, Ephemeral Shields, and Dawn Charm to keep them alive if I really deem it important.
  And its +1 ability, although not human, is still simply good. But it's mainly the icing on the cake.
  -Isochron Scepter.... so what I'm hearing is take it out and rebuild my instants list?
  -Are there really that many anti art/ench cards? 2 anti-art creatures (1 of them an unreliable werewolf), 1 anti-art instant, 1 anti-ench instant, and 1 dual purpose instant. + Argentum Armor.

    I totally think cropt rotation should come back. I mean, look at your utility lands!
    
    And that is a lot. Its five slots. Usually, my decks have 2 slots dedicated to artifact/enchantment removal.

I really like it. Clever, powerful, and Rule of Law is going to absolutely suck playing against. Once they flip, they can never go back. And Crop Rotation for a suprise Kessig Wolf Run is really going to catch some poor suker by suprise. You also run enough "fogs" to get some real value out on an Isocron Scepter. May I humbly suggest that instead of a Sword of Body and Mind? Yes, I get the wolf aspect, but protection from your own deck isn't a great synergy, and I hold no respect for the Swords of Protection and Value in commander. Or really anywhere.
