Graham | 23-Oct-2014 20:44And that seems like it is worth the extra mana and life loss? Have you encountered issues with Eidolon of the Great Revel? That card is why I went with Pyroclasm in particular, but I've been strongly debating between the 2.

heathen303 | 23-Oct-2014 20:55I think I may have wished for Deluge once that I can remember, and I don't recall if Pyroclasm would have gotten the job done. Against Burn (the only deck I know of that plays Eidolon?) I just try to get a Griselbrand or Archangel into play as fast as possible. I don't think this deck can afford to take a more controlling role against Burn and instead needs to just race. I'll keep an eye on when I use Deluge, whether Pyroclasm would have been better. If that happens enough then I'll certainly try switching.
