Once your opponent is down to zero cards in hand, Put Funeral Charm on an Isochron Scepter. Use it on each of their turns at the end of their draw step to force them to discard anything that isn't an instant. Get out a Null Brooch to counter any instant they might draw. They will never play a new card again. Ensnaring Bridge protects you from whatever creatures they might have in play. The Rack kills them. Game over.

A bit tricky to pull off, but great when it works.
