Cards in the scratchpad represent cards that you are considering for this deck, but are not actually in the built deck. They do not count towards the in built decks count shown in your inventory. Notes

3rd place, 2-1. Won 1st match, lost 2nd, won 3rd.

Draft itself I started in white/red (P1P1 Firebender Ascension), then saw that blue was open after being passed the lessons-payoff 7 mana discounted serpent and pivoted away from white. Later in the draft I was passed a 3-color Sokka which I should not have passed on (the Manace/Prowess Ally creator), as well as a W/B Katara with the X ability to make creatures X/X until end of turn. - I likely could have splashed these, but I was focused on getting enough lessons for Ran and Shaw (pack 2 pick 1) and for the UR dragon. I picked up enough removal after lacking some initially and rounded the draft out with some 2 drops.

Game 1 I originally ran 16 lands with an 8/8 split, but was heavier red and swapped a Mountain in for an Island. By round 2 at some point I went up to 17 lands since I'd had multiple games where I needed 2 color pips from one or the other and had cards stuck in my hand because I couldn't cast them. In game 3 of Match 1 vs W/R allies/firebending, my opponent swung with a board of 2/2s and a 4/6 with no mana up into some defensive creatures but nothing big, and I managed to cast Firebending Lesson for 2 damage onto a 2/2 and flash in the Serpent which ate the 4/6 and I destroyed all creatures he attacked with - a big blowout. Match 2 game 1 versus B/R I got wrecked by the black board wipe (5 creatures on my side, 1 on their side and they kept their 5 or 6 drop) and there was no way I could come back from that. First match I went 2-1, second 1-2. Then third match versus a very controlly U/B running counterspells I went 1-0-1 (went to time on game 2). I think in one game in either match 1 or 2 I may have gotten the Ren and Shaw copy but I may not have, and more often than not it was better to just play it without the full payoff available. Fun games!
