Notes

I started with a mana management approach, hoping to capitalize on creature theft, but I never did enough of either to get exactly where I wanted. Some merfolk started creeping in, so I emphasized that, using all 12 merfolk I have that boost other merfolk, plus Seasingers, Drowner Initiates, and Enclave Cryptologists. This might do better with a little more control, and possibly Energy Flux. Still, the idea here is that I am going to make casting more difficult and then steal whatever is best for me. The focus on boosts makes even my small creatures a threat by mid-game, and the land-type conversion can make it easy to swing for a lot, no blocking. The 14/18/8 curve is tight, as one would expect from such a deck, averaging only 1.85.
