there is an awesome primer (on the mtg source, I think) that includes a lot of alternative choices/build variations.  Stuff like including forces.  (which would be a great way to edge into more legacy decks).  But also things like  using griselbrand, etc - he may have been totally replaced by spy, but maybe not - since he is a viable threat in his own right.  Anyway, once you get this build done, you should check the primer to start adding other things to your wishlist.
