Notes
 
Several of the creatures in the MTGO cube for blue were quite cheap.  You should consider trading for them.  You have a hedron crab somewhere - that might be fun.  Altered the proportion of instants and sorceries.  I think this looks alright, but you may to rethink creatures.  Grand Architect could be fun when you get him.
